Trexa Health is designed to assist Medical practitioners in delivering transcription services, including clinical workflow management, access to patient imaging data, radiology reports, and integration with electronic health record s (EHR). It also integrates AI tools to support administrative and clinical decision- making processes, improving the efficiency of report creation and patient management.

1. Purpose

At Trexa Health, our mission is to enhance healthcare delivery through innovative AI- driven solutions that integrate seamlessly with Radiology Information Systems (RIS). Our tools are designed to help Medical practitioners with transcription services, effectively improving the quality of reports and red ucing turnaround times. By leveraging AI for task automation and clinical decision support, T rexa Health empowers Medical practitioners to improve efficiency, increase productivity, and optimize patient care. Trexa Health aims to provide invaluable AI tools that assist Medical practitioners in managing transcription tasks and clinical decision- making, ultimately leading to higher- quality radiology reports, improved diagnostic accuracy, and more efficient workflows. This results in better healthcare outcomes and streamlined operations for Medical practitioners.

2. AI Functionality

The AI functionality within Trexa Health is designed to assist healthcare practitioners in administrative tasks and clinical decision- making. While the AI can offer insights and recommendations based on the available data, it is crucial to understand that the final responsibility for all professional and medical decision s, including diagnosis, treatment, and the quality or accuracy of medical notes, rests solely w ith the healthcare practitioner.

3. Limitations

3.1 No Replacement for Professional Medical Advice

Trexa Health and its AI outputs should not be considered professional radiological advice, a d efinitive interpretation of imaging results, or a treatment recommendation. It is not intende d to directly assess, diagnose, or improve the physical, mental, or emotional health of a patie nt. All interpretations and diagnostic decisions based on radiological images and reports rem ain the responsibility of the Medical practitioner.

3.2 Medical Device

Trexa Health is not classified as a medical device under any relevant regulatory bodies such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in AustraliaTrexa Health is designed exclusively to assist Medical practitioners with transcription tasks, helping to document imaging results and radiology rep orts more efficiently. It does not diagnose, interpret, treat, mitigate, or alleviate any medical conditions. All clinical decisions, including diagnoses and treatment plans based on radiologi cal findings, remain the responsibility of the Medical practitioner. Trexa Health does not interact directly with patients nor does it collect or analyze physiologic al data. Its functionality is limited to processing and managing textual data input by Medical practitioners for the transcription of imaging results and radiology reports, as well as assistin g with administrative tasks.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from inputting fake, misleading, or deceptive data into Trexa Health, or attempting to manipulate the system into generating clinical diagnoses, treatment plans, or other forms of medical or health- related information. This includes any attempts to prompt Trexa Health for diagnostic outpu ts, such as differential diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Misuse of Trexa Health for these purposes will result in immediate termination of access.

4. Reliability

Medical practitioners must exercise caution and critical judgment when interpreting the out puts of Trexa Health. While it provides valuable insights to assist in report generation and cli nical decision- making, it should not be relied upon as the sole source for interpreting imaging results or ma king diagnostisc decisions. Medical practitioners should ensure that any information provided by Trexa Health is corroborated with additional sources and integrated into the overall diagn ostic process. The ultimate responsibility for interpreting imaging results and patient care res ts with the medical practitioner.

Users of Trexa Health complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

Healthcare practitioners using Trexa Health must adhere to all data privacy and security prot ocols outlined by Trexa Health to protect patient information and maintain the confidentiality of healthcare data. Trexa Health takes the security of healthcare data seriously and imple ments necessary safeguards to protect it.

7. Reporting Issues
