This policy sets out how Trexa Health may and may not be used.
What this policy will cover
- Trexa is an AI-assisted documentation and workflow tool for healthcare practitioners.
- The final responsibility for all professional and medical decisions rests solely with the healthcare practitioner.
- Trexa must not be used to input fake, misleading, or deceptive data, nor to generate diagnoses or treatment plans.
- Practitioners must exercise critical judgement and corroborate outputs with additional sources rather than relying on the system exclusively.
- Users must comply with all data-privacy and confidentiality requirements for health information.
- Breach of this policy may result in immediate termination of access.
